Designed to fit shaped windows where standard blinds cannot operate, Rack Arm Systems regulate natural daylight, block solar heat gain, and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures year-round.
Rack Arm Systems utilise fixed support arms that securely hold extruded aluminium or timber louvres. The slats tilt smoothly from 0° to 90°, allowing you to capture natural light without glare, reduce reliance on artificial lighting, and lower air conditioning costs. Systems can be mounted horizontally, vertically, under-slung, or ceiling-mounted across indoor and outdoor facades.
For complete light control, interlocking louvre options feature perimeter baffles and sealing brushes to provide near-blackout conditions when closed. In automated configurations, slats adjust dynamically with changing sun angles to maximise cross-ventilation and thermal efficiency.

Tailor your Horiso® Rack Arm System to complement your building’s architectural aesthetic. Available in four aluminium profiles (75E, 88E, 145E, and 155E) and three Western Red Cedar timber profiles (74W, 87W, and 153W), every system is cut to size, mitre-cut, or faceted to fit exact window angles. Aluminium profiles are finished in eight standard colours or custom powder-coated from the Dulux® range.
Featuring a lightweight structural footprint, Rack Arm Systems are ideal for light building envelopes, sloping facades, and overhead skylights. Custom-measured for internal or external installation across all window geometries—including rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal, and circular glass.
Assembled locally in Sydney with a typical six-week turnaround from initial consultation to final fitting, all systems come backed by a 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty and full support from our Caringbah installation team.
Choice of operating systems
Select from three installation and operation modes to suit your functional requirements: fixed position, manual crank handle, or fully motorised drive. Motorised operation delivers the ultimate in climate automation, utilising a tubular electric motor with internal thermal overload protection that drives a high-torque gearbox connected directly to the tilt shaft.

Accoya®
