Featuring a slender, rounded cassette profile designed specifically for compact patio walls, balconies, and narrow outdoor spaces, the Piano completely encloses its fabric canopy and arm mechanisms when retracted. Custom-measured and installed by A’besco specialists across the Sutherland Shire, it protects its components from salt air and rain while creating a cool, shaded outdoor retreat.

Tailor every aspect of your Leiner Piano® full-cassette awning to complement your outdoor living space and home architecture. Engineered for versatile patio layouts, it offers broad shade coverage with custom dimensions up to 6,000 mm in width with a 3,500 mm projection, or up to 6,500 mm in width with a 2,500 mm projection.
Add an optional extendable Vario-Volant valance to block low-angle afternoon sun and secure instant privacy on exposed decks. Choose standard Traffic White (RAL 9010), 18 textured Leiner Lounge fine-structure finishes, or select from over 200 custom RAL colours to match your building’s exterior joinery.
Choice of operating systems
The Leiner Piano® comes equipped with a high-torque electric motor as standard for seamless daily shade management. Upgrade to Somfy® RTS radio-controlled motorisation for effortless remote operation via handheld transmitters or wireless wall switches positioned exactly where you need them.

The PIANO cassette awning is available in two flexible maximum dimension configurations to suit your specific patio proportions:
- Width up to 600 cm with a maximum projection of 350 cm
- Width up to 650 cm with a maximum projection of 250 cm
All units include a heavy-duty electric motor drive as standard. Choose from standard Traffic White (RAL 9010), 18 fine-structured Leiner Lounge finishes, or custom RAL powder-coating to align with your home’s exterior palette.

Wind Protect System (WPS)
- Fixable front profile support legs significantly increase structural wind stability up to Beaufort 8 (70 km/h), safeguarding your awning against sudden coastal gusts.
Somfy® Smart Wireless Drive
- Upgrade to Somfy® io radio-controlled technology for wireless smartphone app control, voice commands, and smart home integration. Manual crank drives are also available.
Dual LED Lighting Systems
- Equip your awning with dimmable LED lighting fitted to the underside of the cassette—illuminating your patio even when retracted—or add integrated LED arm lights. Both light sources can be controlled independently to set the perfect evening mood.
Safety Motion Emergency Drive
