Designed for trade professionals, this modular kit replaces the need for multiple bulky jigs. Instead, it uses a single Universal Base (Milling Template Set) that pairs with interchangeable Insert Plates for the S5, M6, and L7 hinges.
Whether you are fitting a single lightweight door or outfitting an entire commercial floor with heavy-duty panels, this system ensures every recess is routed with sub-millimeter precision.
How to Configure Your Kit
1. Select the Base:
- Milling Template Set (Alu/Plast): This is the foundation of the system. It includes the universal clamping frame and stop blocks needed to secure the jig to your door or frame. Required for all installations.
2. Select Your Inserts: Choose the template insert that matches the hinge size you are installing. You can add multiple sizes to your order to cover the full range.
- Neo S5 Template: For the compact S-5 hinge (min. door thickness 33mm).
- Neo M6 Template: For the standard M-6 hinge (min. door thickness 36mm).
- Neo L7 Template: For the heavy-duty L-7 hinge (min. door thickness 40mm).
