Our team

As Director of A’besco, Adam is highly focused on customer service, and spends most days meeting with clients on-site – helping them find the best possible solution for their home. He has been with the business for 17 years, and loves helping people make their homes more comfortable and usable than they ever thought possible. When he’s not helping customers with their window coverings, Adam can be found on a golf course or paddleboard, or skiing with his family. 

Gill is new to A’besco and is thoroughly enjoying her role of managing and overseeing the operations of the company. Passionate about problem solving, Gill applies her expertise and experience to help A’besco deliver the most optimal experiences to its customers and employees. When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family and creating lasting memories.

Troy has been one of A’besco’s specialist consultants for over five years and is focused on helping people select the most optimal window coverings for their home. He enjoys solving problems for customers – such as ensuring privacy or providing shade – and catering for a wide range of styles and preferences. Outside of work he enjoys restoring classic cards and playing golf. 

Anna is an experienced consultant and has been with the A’besco team for over five years. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the role and getting positive feedback from happy customers. Anna has delivered a wide range of solutions and leverages her creativity and practical experience to deliver optimal results. She is a keen surfer and loves travelling, being outdoors with her family, painting, and spontaneity. 

Nicole works with customers in the showroom and in their homes to present samples and or solutions for their space. On a typical day she can be found creating quotes or placing orders for custom-made solutions. She loves being able to use her skills and experience to help clients choose and design the best window coverings for their home. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and favourite fur baby, Charlie. 

Tammy spends her days helping ensure that A’besco runs as smoothly as possible, and that our customers always have a smooth experience. She processes orders and payments, answers customer enquiries and makes sure everyone in the office has what they need to stay happy and productive. Despite being with the business for close to a decade, she still finds the work varied and feels very lucky to work with such a great team.     

Alex works in the A’besco head office, taking deliveries of products, scheduling installations and service calls, answering the phones and managing day-to-day finances. He enjoys the variety in his role, the positive energy within the team, and opportunities to travel to meet with customers. When he’s not working he enjoys going out with friends, clubbing, photography, and playing soccer.   

Gary is a skilled installer of customised Luxaflex® window coverings. He is passionate about ensuring jobs are well prepared, so everything flows smoothly, and about working seamlessly with sales and administration teams. Gary coaches an a-grade rugby league team and invests a lot of time either watching it, or coaching. He once gave CPR to a man who is still walking around today.

Michael has been with the A’besco team for over seven years and enjoys visiting customers in their home and implementing a wide range of solutions. He loves the positive energy in the team, and working together to ensure a customer’s window coverings are implemented smoothly and efficiently. When he’s not at work he enjoys spending time with his family. 

Peter is a skilled installer and electrician and has been part of the A’besco team for close to a decade. As well as helping with the installation of window coverings that require an electrical component, he also responds to service calls. He enjoys working outdoors whenever possible. When not working Peter enjoys surfing, sleeping, music and footy.

Drew is an installer who has been with the A’besco team for around six years. He enjoys having the opportunity to work at diverse locations, and working with the rest of the A’besco team to ensure customers’ solutions are implemented without any hassles. When not working, he enjoys going out for drinks and dinner with friends.
